Where do you ship from / how long does delivery take?

We ship from U.S.-based warehouses. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only. We're working on adding more regions — join our email list to be the first to know.

How much is shipping?

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35; a flat $4.95 below that. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a free replacement or full refund — just email us a photo. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I choose the right size? (apparel, harnesses, boots)

Measure your dog before ordering — each product page has a size chart with neck, chest, and back-length guidance. When between sizes, size up. Sizing questions? Email us your dog's measurements and we'll recommend a size.

Are your products safe for my dog?

Yes. We choose pet-safe materials and reputable suppliers. As with any product, supervise your dog with new toys and remove anything that becomes damaged. Grooming and wellness items are for external use and aren't a substitute for veterinary care.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or reply to that email and we'll look it up for you.
