30-Day Returns
We want you and your dog to love every order. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items (ear and grooming wipes, opened consumables) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Email us a photo at ynester.bs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
Email ynester.bs@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel before it ships. After it ships, our standard return process applies.
Non-Returnable
Final-sale items, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse.
