Where We Ship From

All orders ship from U.S.-based warehouses, so your order arrives fast — usually within a few days, not a few weeks.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $35. A flat rate of $4.95 applies to orders under $35. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on adding more regions — join our email list to be the first to know.

Order Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order. If you can't find it, reply to that email or contact us and we'll look it up for you.

Delays, Lost, or Stuck Packages

Occasionally, carrier delays happen outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears lost, email us at ynester.bs@gmail.com and we'll help make it right.
