Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you and your dog to love your order. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (ear/grooming wipes, opened consumables) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email us at ynester.bs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Standard returns (change of mind)

  1. Email ynester.bs@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable

Final-sale items, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel before it ships. After it ships, our standard return process applies.
