Shipping Policy

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery: 2–8 business days within the United States after processing.

Shipping origin: U.S.-based warehouses.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Shipping cost: Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35; a flat $4.95 below that — shown at checkout.

Where we ship: United States only at this time.

Multiple items: Orders with several products may arrive in separate packages (some items ship from different warehouses) — this is normal and you won't be charged extra.

Delays: Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally affect timing. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us at ynester.bs@gmail.com and we'll investigate.
